Our exocad library for OPTISPLINT is free to all customers who register on our website.  

Our exocad library consists of 4 distinct libraries:

• A library with various Direct-to-MUA screws popular in today's digital full arch world.
  
  • Digital Arches Long Screw and upcoming Hero Screw
  • Dess 19.018, 19.069, 19.269, 19.093, 19.094, 19.095, and 19.096
  • Powerball Screw 1.0 and 2.0
  • Rosen Screw and Rosen Screw SH
  • Vortex Screw

• A library for Ti-Bases with Large Cement Gaps designed for 3D printing and intraoral scanning.  These libraries include:
  • Geometries for various Ti-Bases with extra large cement gaps to allow for error correction using a physical model for cementation.

• A library designed for milling finals from desktop/lab scans.  These libraries include:
  • OEM geometries for direct-to-MUA prosthetics using smaller OEM screws from parts manufacturers.
  • OEM geometries for various Ti-Bases with minimal cement gaps that require the highest precision data capture and manufacturing.
    

• A library designed for aligning OPTISPLINT jigs to OEM healing caps from the following companies
  • Nobel
  • Neodent
  • Straumann
  • Biohorizons
  • Megagen
  • MIS
